Rule 1: SUCCESS HAS A DIFFERENT MEANING FOR ALL

Success is achieving one's chosen goals.The goals that one aspires for and has worked for, whatever they may be. It is favourable outcome of our endeavour, it is the realisation of what we hold dear to our heart. Success is relative in nature and doesn't and well can't have any one meaning for all. It is an individual experience and is measured and felt differently by each one of us. It is socially objective (where it is judged collectively like in exams and competitions) and is personally subjective ( like in the areas of personal aspirations and goals ). It is evaluated by others and felt by the individuals.

Success as already told above, has a different meaning for all of us. For a politician, it may be attainment of power, for an enterpeneur, amassing wealth; for an artist achieving fame ; for an athlete breaking previous records...etc.. Success as being relative in nature, has a different scale of measure for all of us. A man with a lot of money who is envy of all may not always be successful in the eyes of others or himself too. A man worth a hundred million, who inherited a thousand million, is a big faiure for everyone, he is a great comedown. If he had added another ten million to his assets, it would be no big deal. But on the other hand, a simple man making a ten million will be a huge success..

Success in life depends not so much on opportunity and talent as on planning and execution, and least of all depends on luck. Luck may at times, play an important role but luck is known to knock on the doors of deserving, others don't hear it..

Success requires its share of hardwork, dedication and presevance. There are no short-cuts and it can also not be wished. Every other person discusse above has to work in his/her field to gain success. may be ourr individual goals and roads to them are different, but the common thing is we have to work towards our goal and we have to work ourselves.













Success is a journey and not a destination. If you stay put, you go down, either by your own weight, or will be left behind. In attaining meaningful success one steps leads to the next and so it goes on till we reach our ultimate destination.Climbing the ladder of success is like climbing a mountain where every peak is a destination and we climb one peak at a time. Reaching every destination is a challenge well met, and the splendour of it enthralls us on arrival...
